Vegan ‘Ice Cream’ Recipe

This is a healthier version of ice cream, using frozen bananas! This is such a delicious and healthy recipe that is truly worth trying out. 🙂

Ingredients: (for two servings)

2 bananas

1 tsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp peanut butter (crunchy or smooth, it’s up to you)

about 1/4 cup of milk (almond milk, soy milk, rice milk, coconut milk- what ever you like!) – just add enough milk to help the bananas blend, you probably don’t even need milk if you have a strong enough blender.

*The consistency is the best when the bananas are completely frozen.

*Feel free to leave out the peanut butter if you don’t like it.

Remember, you’re not eating ice cream, you’re eating fruit! This is a dessert to feel good about!
